About Juan Yangali Chauca

Juan Jesús Yangali Chauca (born 3 March 2000 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine-Peruvian footballer who plays as a midfielder. He plays as a midfielder for Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata in the Argentine First Division on loan from CA San Telmo.

Career
Emerging from the Lower Divisions of Club Atlético San Telmo in 2023 he had an unproductive stint at Club Atlético Colegiales in the town of Munro (he played only 1 game). He returned in 2024 where he established himself as one of the team's figures. In July 2025 he took a leap in his sports career and was incorporated by Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata of the Argentine First Division. Gimnasia paid 80 thousand dollars for the player's loan for 18 months and will have an 80% purchase option in exchange for 320 thousand dollars. [3
