About Esmee Kosterman

Esmee Kosterman (born 16 April 2005) is a Dutch racing driver who is set to compete in the F1 Academy for the 2026 season. She will drive for MP Motorsport under the first-ever LEGO Racing sponsorship.
After collecting podium finishes in karting, the Dutch racer was a selected for the 2020 FIA Girls on Track - Rising Stars programme, reaching the top eight. Moving up into cars the following year, she competed in the Ford Fiesta Sprint Cup Benelux. In 2023, Kosterman became the first woman to win in the series before going on to finish second in the Junior Cup and third in the overall Standings.

Further racing experience followed in the Dutch Supercar Challenge, BMW M2 Cup and the Lamera Cup before she made her single-seater debut in 2024, scoring points on debut in Indian F4. This season, the 20-year-old has raced in British F4 with appearances at Zandvoort, Snetterton and twice at Silverstone, including for their non-Championship round during the British Grand Prix.
