About Lauren Frew

An accurate shooter with the ability to put up a shot from anywhere in the goal circle, Frew joins the Adelaide Thunderbirds for 2023.
Frew was a member of Matrics Netball club's 2022 premiership side and the Southern Force who won gold at the Australian Netball Championships.
