About Ally Lemos

Ally Olivia Lemos (born March 4, 2004) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Orlando Pride of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). Internationally she has represented the United States at youth level.
Lemos played collegiately for the UCLA Bruins where she won the 2022 National Championship title. She was selected by Orlando Pride in the first round of the 2024 NWSL Draft.
