About John Bateman

John Bateman (born 30 September 1993) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays second-row for the Wests Tigers in the National Rugby League, and England and Great Britain at international level.

He previously played for the Bradford Bulls and Wigan in the Super League and for the Canberra Raiders in the NRL. Earlier in his career he played as a centre.
