Jaedyn Reese Shaw, OLY (born November 20, 2004) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward or attacking midfielder for the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and the United States national team.
A gold medal winner at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics with the national team, Shaw previously represented the United States on the under-17, under-19 and under-20 national teams. She was named U.S. Soccer Young Female Player of the Year in 2022.
Shaw previously played for San Diego Wave FC and won the team's first-ever NWSL Shield and NWSL Challenge Cup in 2024. She was named to the NWSL Best XI in 2023.
