Melanie del Pilar Serrano Pérez (born 12 October 1989) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a left back for Primera División club Barcelona.

Serrano has spent her entire professional career with Barcelona and is the club leader in appearances with 500. Unofficially, she has played more than 500 matches. However, there is no record of the matches played in the second division in 2007–08.
