John Francis Nogowski (born January 5, 1993) is an American professional baseball first baseman in the Atlanta Braves organization with affiliate Gwinnett Stripers. He was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 34th round of the 2014 MLB draft. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2020, and has also played for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
