About Charles Howell III

Charles Gordon Howell III (born June 20, 1979) is an American professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour. He has been featured in the top 15 of the Official World Golf Ranking and ranked 9th on the PGA Tour money list in 2002.
Howell turned professional in 2000. He played in his first tournament as a professional at the Canon Greater Hartford Open on July 2. He finished tied in 32nd place. Howell became a full PGA Tour member for the 2002 season.
