About Greg Bird

Greg Bird (born 10 February 1984) is a former Australian professional rugby league footballer who played as a lock, five-eighth or second-row forward most recently for the Catalans Dragons in the Super League.
An Australia international and New South Wales State of Origin representative, Bird previously played for the NRL for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and the Gold Coast Titans. Bird is in his second stint with the Catalans Dragons, having previously played for the France-based club in 2009.
