About Sandy Alcantara

Sandy Alcántara Montero (born September 7, 1995) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played for the St. Louis Cardinals.
Alcántara signed with the St. Louis Cardinals as an international free agent in July 2013. He made his professional debut in 2014 with the Dominican Summer League Cardinals.
Alcántara made his MLB debut September 3, 2017, for the St. Louis Cardinals.
