About Johan Franzen
Johan Franzén (born 23 December 1979) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey winger under contract to the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). He is a Stanley Cup champion with the Red Wings in 2008. Franzén was originally drafted by the Red Wings in the third round, 97th overall, of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. Franzen last played early in the 2015–16 season because of concussions.
