About Jordie Benn

Phillip Jordan Ellis "Jordie" Benn (born July 26, 1987) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for the Toronto Marlies in the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL).
An undrafted player, Benn has previously played for the Dallas Stars, Montreal Canadiens, Vancouver Canucks, Winnipeg Jets and Minnesota Wild. He is the older brother of Dallas Stars captain Jamie Benn.
