About Reilly Smith

Reilly Smith (born April 1, 1991) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL).
He was drafted in the third round, 69th overall, by the Dallas Stars in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, and has also played with the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers. He is the younger brother of current New York Rangers defenceman Brendan Smith.

On July 1, 2024 he was traded to the New York Rangers in exchange for a 2027 second-round draft pick and a 2025 fifth-round draft pick.
