Derek Dallas Carr (born March 28, 1991) is an American football quarterback for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Raiders in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at Fresno State. Carr is the younger brother of former NFL quarterback and fellow California State University, Fresno alumnus David Carr.
